The department of commerce and management, Tetso college organized it’s 4th commerce fest “COMFIESTA” on 25th September 2019. The event was attended by 14 institutions with utmost participating spirit.
Vice Principal of Tetso College, Dr. Hewasa Lorin welcomed the students and highlighted them about the commerce and management enrollment in Nagaland and how more people should take up commerce as it enables the students to connect what is taught in the classroom to the society.
The event started with the ‘ Traditional Dance Competition’ where the students showcased various traditions and cultures starting from the Bengali community to the Chakesang community.
It was followed by ‘I can speak‘ where the students talked about the emerging technologies in the public national and international business market.
The students were also given a chance to show their gaming skills in the ‘Mobile Legends Competition.’
Also, the event ‘Food Crafting’ where the students showcased their talents by crafting fruits and vegetables in the most beautiful way, was one of the main highlights of the event.
Then, there was ‘Contrakeenos‘ which was a business quiz and ‘Business Talkathon’ was the most interesting event where the students debated over whether ‘The banks should be trusted or not.’
‘Dramatisement‘ and ‘ Comfiesta got talent‘ were the last two events conducted today and it was judged by three wonderful judges,

The event ended with Unity college being the overall champions and St. Joseph Jakhama as the runner’s up of the entire fest.
