Eusebio Pedroza, Hall of Famer and former world featherweight champion has died at the age of 62, due to Pancreatic Cancer.he passed away on Friday in Panama City.
Pedroza died at 62 years of age, struggling with Pancreatic Cancer.

At the age of 22 Panamanian Pedroza won the world title and defended the belt 19 times, making him one of the longest-reigning champions in featherweight history.

He held the WBA featherweight title for more than seven years before losing to Barry McGuigan of Ireland in 1985.
The fight, held at Loftus Road, witnessed a UK television audience of 19 million people.
McGuigan won by a unanimous decision, handing Pedroza a points defeat.

After his loss to McGuigan, Pedroza fought five more times, retiring in 1992 with a record of 41 wins, six losses, and a draw.
He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1999.
