Responses to Covid-19

Having been into this couple days of lockdown and the havoc created is just a mess, I mean look we already been hit by a world epidemic COVID-19 and the people instead taking time to doing something more valuable, they are out there putting extra work for the groups battling to tackle this situation. Okay, switching to aerial mode from a drone, the earth is breathing, less pollution, heat level is low, trees producing more oxygen without any fuel to burn… but stop!!! Who examines all this, HUMAN BEINGS and look down buddy, we live here but its chaos down here, only thing is that the earth is not burning, looks good from here, but it’s a chaotic digital world, you can’t see it, you just feel the impact.
So much to learn and a lot more to talk about, putting it short; China had their own terms of controlling the impact. The UN had their say on China not being cautious and preventive enough to give early first hand precautions/information on WHAT CAUSED THE DISEASE? HOW IT SPREADS? HOW TO CURE? If we look into it- it’s a new virus that needs to be understood and studied thoroughly, so that the right vaccine can be made without having any side affects leading to experimental death, that’s what CHINA did, it took time but they took the right protocols to minimize the death toll and contain it. WHY A GLOBAL WIDESPREAD? Everything happening in the wee hours, tourist backpacking from China to own country multiplied the symptoms. Every country Govt failed to stop the first phase, but its our job to fight and tackle this before it reaches the root.
It’s an irony how a simple gesture can turn into a chaotic-event in an under-developed country. Last night I was going through Instagram stories and was happy to see how David Beckham posted a few secs clip of him and his entire family taking a moment to appreciate the tireless efforts of the medics, social workers, cops etc. Yes, the idea of Modiji was really appreciable but the way the people did it was wrong, that’s what happens when one lacks in spreading effective awareness first, without making people understand what CORONA VIRUS really is.
Speaking of which the Nagaland Govt failed in its part in retrieving our own Nagas back home safe and sound. Really heartened to see the Nagas; especially students being held up because of lack in means of transport. And the Indians being Indians have the ideology of watching Youtube and creating the view of Bio-Warfare brought to the land by the Asians. Oh well “All Chinkies are Chinese” to them. But in general the whole of North-East is at stack.
Well enough internet for the day… TAKE A BREAK!!! STRETCH YOUR MUSCLES!!! Look around what your last night forwarded Whatsapp message has done to your environment, don’t let your eagerness rush you into spreading what’s not true. Wake up early, confirm your news from the newspaper or channel with a cup of coffee and brief it out to your close ones. Get interactive and clear out doubts with actual facts. Back then, my ancestors always had this meeting out with the Chiefman or Headman of the clan when there’s something important for the people to know or to do with proper discussions. This is merely done now, here in towns and cities. The internet is putting my elders into panic every time something goes wrong. We should learn to educate our elders with proper fact findings and knowledge so that they come with a perfect advice and solution for us to follow.
